We are a financial podcast with a focus on investing the 8020 way. But one of our strength and favorite subject when it comes to investing (for growth) is the field of technology ranging from higher-level IT systems to new electronic gadgets. Meet our new Co-Host, Rene Sakata. He is the Tech Expert in our team and he brings a level of depth and expertise to the show, you would expect from someone who worked in the IT sector for almost two decades, among others at Apple Inc. and today at a company that does mobile forensics.
He is married to a Japanese, has two daughters and loves the simple things besides his demanding tech job, such as sitting at cafes and riding his tuned bicycle. Nevertheless, he is crazy about collecting electronic gadgets and he is the typical person tinkering with his toys in his “semi-private” workshop at home. Being based in Munich, he certainly loves beer-gardens and the long summer and winter vacations most Germans have. We are proud to have him in our Podcast Team and we all look forward to some lively discussion about the latest trends in technology and electronic gadgets.
